I received the 10cm ‘moon’ lamp today. It charges, turns on how it should by touch for white light and yellow light and also with a long touch it dims. I don’t know how long battery life lasts or charge lasts as I’ve only just received it. My issue is I was expecting something spherical as it’s supposed to be like the moon but basically what I received was a lemon. Basically it’s a bumpy white plastic light up lemon. Please look at my photos of it. Absolutely rubbish!

Well I’d definitely recommend this moon lamp! 😁✨ I’m literally ‘over the moon’ with it!lol! I’m light sensitive and this lamp dims down to a wonderful soft glow especially on the red/orange colour setting- I can see a harvest moon whenever I want! It’s easy to use and lasts a long time if you don’t keep playing with the settings...which I’m finding hard to do at the moment as it’s such a great little lamp! LOVE IT! 🤩✨

Bought this as a gift for my partner, as she enjoys astronomy and she loves it! It was very easy to assemble the wooden stand the globe sits upon. It also comes with a hanging rope thingy if you wish to suspend it from somewhere, but was haven't used it. The lunar surface of the lamp looks spot-on and the variety of colours, from the basic "realistic" white through to the more vivid colours all look great. The remote is very handy and allows you to set the moon to individual colours or one of several settings. She prefers the "fade" control which gradually goes through all the colours. The moon needs to be charged every day via the provided USB cable. Fully-charged it will last about 4 hours, though this is on full brightness, so if it is set to a dimmer light it will last longer, no doubt.I did a lot of research (lol) before choosing this one and am very happy with it. Highly recommended.

I can't write a review about the lamp itself as it came without charging cable but for those who are wondering what the 2 blue cords are for: on each side of the box the lamp came in are 2 holes. You can put the cords through the holes so you can carry it like a bag. I've taken a picture for those who still don't understand it.

I recently bought this hoping that it would help me to plan my visit to the moon. Unfortunately when I got there I found that the real moon was a lot bigger and some of the features on the model were not to scale. The real moon disappointingly wasn’t mounted on a wooden stand. Never mind. I have now returned back to Earth and I think I will use the Moon Lamp as a Objet D’Art to brighten my sad life. Maybe the manufacturers should sell this as a lamp rather than a tool to help plan interstellar travelling........

I bought two of these for the bedroom because I wanted something that could be reached from both sides of the bed. They both work from both remotes so that works brilliantly. The different colours weren't a requirement but that isn't an issue because you choose your colour when you turn them on and off on the remote and if you do that by touching you can still avoid going through the colours by learning how long to keep your finger on the button (quick touch changes colour, longer touch turns on/off). The only thing I'm not yet sure of is how long they will last on a charge. When you plug them in they glow with a blue light but that goes off after a short while and you can think that means that they are full charged but I'm not sure that is the case; the instructions are not that full.

These lamps are fantastic. We'll they would be if they could hold their charge. Both lamps have different life spans, one seems to last over and hour, or 2 nights at 30 mins or so, and the other will charge fully, switch on once before bed, get turned off after around 30 mins then won't come back on the following night. Would love to know if they are faulty?

I've only had this moon lamp for just over four weeks and it is already broken. It has a pathetic battery life of 2 hours and then needs recharging. It randomly came on in the middle of the night on strobe mode which was really irritating, and now the stupid thing won't switch off! The remote is not communicating with the moon. I would of expected a longer life from this product than 4 weeks if I'm honest. Don't waste your money.
