I started off with the 3 pack. After taking one and seeing how effective it was I immediately decided to buy the 30 pack. In my opinion they are delicious. Before this I was buying prunes which did absolutely nothing for me. If you are having irregularities these will definitely fix that problem. The only thing that’s a problem is I think they are overpriced.

These have been a life safer for me whenever I travel and get constipated. They are gentle (don't eat an entire one - follow directions!) and always work. Now I am struggling with pregnancy induced issues - and again, these have come to the rescue.

These things are unbelievable. Just eat one (be careful of the pit) wait a few hours to take affect, possibly over night. When they do finally hit you, pray you are near a bathroom. Bring an extra pair of underwear with you. All joking aside they really do help clean your system out. Only complaint the price Very expensive and don’t seem to go on sale.

The product is under-fermented, hence it has no effect. Just a prune, an expensive prune. This batch, expiring June 28 is a dud. The producer must know that still it packages the prunes and sells them. I have tried the sample pack (7 prunes , the batch expire 2027 and they are excellent). This is a complete sham. It goes back to Amazon. I am very disappointed. This is not a mistake but a deliberate fraud from the producer

I ordered expecting the package to have all 33 pieces, as I have ordered before. I order this much to split amongst me and other people and was disappointed to find three pieces were missing. It was very disappointing to find only 30 pieces when the packaging states 33.

These are delicious. As a first timer, I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary. It's just a plum and pit, right? Now, I've read that they are very nutritious, and have seen the so-called vitamin B15 mentioned. Something did happen; I woke up from a quick nap during the day, after having eaten just one of these. I was uncharacteristically energized, motivated to work on a weekend, and could actually feel a sharpness or clarity in thinking. Maybey my body was missing an important nutrient, but I eat well. Fruit everyday. If you ask me, I personally ascribe the positive effect to B15. Dried apricot from a different company were delivered the same day, and I prefer these Share plums over anything else. Now I can't wait to share. Ordered another package as a gift to my roommates. *** Update 3/6/2021 *** Not long after posting this review, I discovered why I felt the way I described (mental clarity, energized, motivated) above. It's funny if not embarrassing but I'll just say it. Apricots and plums make you poop due to their large amount Soluble and Insoluble fiber content. It will flush everything out. The body spends a lot of its energy breaking down and processing the food and chemicals we eat, so this experience validates this, something I've always heard, but now understand.

Excellent customer service, great product for regularity, and tastes great. Their appearance is not pretty, but are really tasty.

Had heard so many positive things about this product, I took a chance and spent the money. I've taken several since receiving them and absolutely no change in digestive issues. Do not waste your money on this product.

Von dieser Lieferung bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich war glücklich, ein Produkt gefunden zu haben, das auf die Verdauung eine so günstige Wirkung hat. Was aber hier geliefert wurde, ist in keinster Weise das, was ich seit Jahren bekommen habe. Der Lieferant muß doch gemerkt haben, dass mit dieser Ware etwas nicht stimmt. Es ist unverfroren, eine solche Ware dennoch auszuliefern. Man hätte nach den ersten Reklamationen die Lieferung zurückhalten müssen. So kann man sich auch sein Geschäft kaputt machen.

Reinigung pur. Also wer sein Darm sanieren will kommt hier nicht vorbei. Zu Beginn lieber klein anfangen, viertel oder halbe Pflaume einnehmen. Was alles rauskommt nach paar Wochen, ist schon Wahnsinn. Dachte ich wäre relativ sauber (Vegetarier). Beste Entgiftung. Man fühlt sich nach gewisser Zeit auch viel besser, vitaler und glücklicher würde sagen. Die Pflaume wird ab sofort in mein Leben integriert. Traut euch, lohnt sich. Ja der Preis ist „hoch“ und ja ab und an Fehlen Pflaumen. Klar, wenn eine Pflaume 2.5Jahre zum fermentieren benötigt, zahlt man eben mehr. Bei fehlenden Pflaumen Support kontaktieren. Wenn man merkt wie gut es wirkt, ist der Preis Nebensache.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem Produkt und dem Service von Share. Ich hatte mitgeteilt, dass im Paket keine Monatstation enthalten war. Daraufhin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Lieferung nicht nach der Anzahl, sondern nach Gewicht erfolgt. Ich habe dann noch ein kleines Providerpaket von Share enthalten. Darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Aber wichtiger ist, dass mir die fermentierte Pflaume ein wirklich gutes Lebensgefühl beschert hat. Ich bin so dankbar, dass ich dieses Produkt für mich entdeckt habe.
