Eureka Vacuum Cleaner Dust Brush

Just what I needed and it fit.

I have been using an old Electrolux dusting brush for 30 years. Dogs chewed part of the rubber off but it still worked but constantly was falling off. With every new vacuum, I’ve had many a dust brush but I throw them out because they scratch. Today I threw away my Electrolux duster. I have used this on my walls, kitchen cabinets , stove-top, oven, cherrywood dining table & chairs , windows, mirrors & doors! No scratching & cuts back on the time I spend on house chores! A terrific buy especially if you like to save time! This attaches to Shark, eureka, bissell & my Shop-Vac. I am going to buy at least 2 more so I can have a few spares. Oh & I have 3 dogs. It will pick up hair & occasionally I just take 30 seconds to pluck it while in use. Hair doesn’t stick to this like it does with hard bristle attachments. So what are you waiting for? The worry is always whether the replacement part will really, truly stand-in for the original. This one does! Fits snugly and the bristles are even more effective at taking up the fine particles; softer and more pliable and overall somehow seem to work well at improving my machine’s suction in general—if that be possible!

This is the second time ordering this handy little brush. Fits my Eureka perfectly and reasonably priced. Arrived in good condition and on time.

It may be that different shaped brushes were supplied in the past, but the item I received is rectangular and identical in shape to the original (see photo). It fits perfectly into the vac's holder for it, but is made of a more flexible plastic, which seems fine. If you don't like this flexibility, it is easy to pull out the brush material on metal ring from the new brush housing, and put into your old plastic housing if you have it. I did this and it's much more snug in the old housing (need screwdriver to push into place). If you like the new flexible housing, you can easily secure the brush material with some glue that adheres well to plastic.
