This is a small (but not too small) reproduction of a famous Orthodox icon. The print quality is very good, and it seems to be decoupage on solid wood backing. The workmanship seems solid and the icon reproduction is well-crafted and nicely made. The icon itself is elegant, beautiful, and inspiring. There is something hypnotic about these ancient Byzantine icons -- I can't take my eyes off of them. Very inspiring, and encouraging to spiritual meditation as well as appreciation of a great art form.
