Works as should my baby monitor stays on for hours instead of like and hour from old battery

This battery has renewed our summer monitor for baby number two. So far it has lasted hours off charger for weeks now. Great buy!

Needed a replacement battery for our old monitor - Summer Infant model 2887oZ. This works GREAT. Plug fit perfect. I installed battery in the monitor, then plugged it in to charge for 24 hours. I unplugged it and turned it on to check battery life.... it worked for 6+ hours unplugged, which is what the original battery life was years ago. I've bought a few replacement batteries on Amazon from other sellers, and they only held a charge for a couple hours initially, quickly losing battery life. I have hopes that this one will continue to perform.

Doesnt hold a charge

The electrical specifications and size made it a reasonable substitution for an Oregon Scientific NOAA weather radio that I could not find a direct replacement. It did require that I cut off and removed the existing plug which although looks the same in the photo was not the same configuration and actually had a different polarity. It could be pushed in place but the polarity made that a no go. It works, holds a charge and can lets the radio be used outside of the cradle. Am pleased that I tried this and that it worked.

Worked as soon as we hooked it up, an stayed on. Very pleased with it.

solved my problem, but it doesn't last long charged, unless it's plugged in.
