Love this!I was on oral progesterone, which gave me adverse mood side effects. I decided to try this and have been extremely pleased.I also love how it's 1/3rd the price of a compounded prescription cream.

I think this works great for calming the legs and body for sleeping. I have a lot of leg and foot pain which I am trying to figure out why. seeing a natruralpath presently to try and figure it out. But this cream does really help. It does not take away all my symptoms but helps.

I've used a few creams over the years. After a short while (I'll update if my situation changes) this one is in my top 3, I'd say. It's easy to apply, rubs in quickly. Isn't greasy or smelly. If it "does the job" it will stay in my top three. My favorite is no longer available on Amazon or "their" website (hello, global supply chain issues) so this will certainly do for now, and may replace the other one. Time will tell.
