If the machine is turned on and automatically shuts off, you put too much salt - dump the water, refill with warm water, and use a pinch of salt. Not epsom salt, regular table salt. Salt content that is too high in the water will not allow the machine to operate on high amperage. This product works great! Those that say it is a “hoax” is more than likely reviewing based on user error. I know these things because I made all of those mistakes at first. However, if you set the machine up correctly, use the appropriate amount of salt and warm water, then you will feel it working 5-10 minutes into the session - I promise!!

Whatever was advertised I was super impressed with what I got and the results. It’s totally worth it! I tried it in the bathtub and was shocked to see so much dirt and brown stuff coming off my foot and body.

Most people say this don’t work. I do mine once a week and I get different colors all the time and I’m an ex smoker up two days and you can actually see smoke coming from it. It did not do that to my aunt who is a non-smoker.

I've been using this type of product for a very long time. I've never bought an array that didn't come with the salt.Results from a 1 hr soak are as good as they get! I'll get 8-10 hrs / cartridge.
