Love this 3 in 1 set!
I absolutely love this 3 in 1 set!! Nice sharpness on metal dough cutter/scraper, black cutter/scraper for use on silicone mats or damageable countertops, and the red bowl scraper is firm in center for gripping but flexible around edges for scraping bowl. And then to all slide together for space saving storage is fantastic! Only enhancement I can think of is maybe a thin silicone storage guard for the metal blade edge when not in use, but I’m going to try slicing into a silicone drinking straw to slide it into bald edge.

like this and why did I wait so long to get one? I can clean my breadboards I used it to slice cookie dough for baking (peppernuts and ice box cookies) Recently used to slice quick bread will use other parts soon love the way all pieces fit together! Excellent quality

An extra hand
I feel like I have an extra hand. This set works great with my bread making process. The curved scraper works great with my dough bowl. The cutter feels good in my hand and slices just right through the dough.

Ein tolles Set
Der rote Silikonschaber ist richtig gut und flexibel zum leeren der Schüsseln. Der Schwarze eignet sich gut, um die Arbeitsfläche von Rückständen zu reinigen. Der Metallschaber ist gut zum zerteilen der Masse geeignet, allerdings Vorsicht bei Silikonunterlagen, da könnte er durch gehen.

Ottima. Dilettandomi con pane ed impasti avevo bisogno di una spatola per impasti molli. Con questo trio, oltre ad avere la spatola in questione, ho anche il taglia impasto e la spatola nera per modellare.

Ein normaler Teigschaber hätte es auch getan.
Das kleinere und das Mittlere segment lassen sich schwer voneinander Lösen, während das äußere fast abfällt.
