My 93yo Mom swears by PreserVision AREDS 2. They were recommended by her ophthalmologist. Seem to be a good value although they are more expensive than some lesser brands of AREDS 2.

I’m using these eye vitamin twice daily one in the morning and one in the evening before bedtime and my eyes feel more relaxed and stay healthy for longer time. I work in an environment where inside it’s too cold and my eyes feel dry or even if I go outside and it’s hot they feel dry there as well. For that I use Dry tears eye drops.

No adverse reactions! Really can’t tell as I just started Taking them again But have used same Brand for a few years now & they Are easy to swallow no upset stomach!

Best price for these, and my eye doctor swears by them, I do notice that the little things that were getting smaller seem to stay the same size now and inside lights don't bother like they used to.
