Royal Chef's Secret Sella Parboiled Basmati White Rice - 10 lb Bag

I don't normally write reviews however I must say this Basmati rice is top tier. I wanted to make some freezer meals with rice but from past experience the regular Royal Basmati rice does not freeze well. When you defrost it, it is dry. This Sella basmati rice cooks up like a true parboiled rice. Excellent flavor as well. I will update once I defrost one of my freezer meals and eat it to see of it retains its original qualities.

Good quality rice.

Unfortunately, I never took pictures after cooking. I will buy this rice over and over again. Buying Basmati Rice is very tricky to buy, because most times one ends up with the very sticky rice which is very annoying. But this Rice is very Premium basmati quality. Very tasty, comes out cooked as individual grains and free from starch. I love the taste. Thanks to the earlier reviewers whose reviews motivated my decision to buy this.

☆☆☆☆☆ Rice with a☆☆☆ price. Its expensive now. Although this is easily some of the best rice I’ve ever cooked and eaten. As someone who grew up around rice heavy meals and takes rice seriously, this one genuinely stands out from almost everything else I’ve tried. The texture is incredible. The grains stay long, fluffy, and separate instead of turning sticky or mushy like many other rices do. It cooks beautifully and pairs extremely well with different oils, seasonings, spices, and styles of cooking. Whether you keep it simple or build a full meal around it, the rice holds its structure and flavor extremely well. What I also love is that it feels lighter and easier on the stomach compared to many other types of rice I’ve cooked before. The aroma, flavor, and consistency are just on another level. 👌 You can tell why this rice is so popular among chefs and people who really care about texture and quality. I honestly love this rice and keep coming back with a better price. My only true complaint is that the price has gone up a lot over time, but the quality itself is outstanding.

If you are seeking for a pre parboiled rice, this is it. Does not get mushy, great for jollof rice, great any kind of rice you want to cook. It is good value for the money. Highly recommended
