Gentle, high-quality probiotic that’s easy to take
This probiotic was recommended to me by my chiropractor, and I’ve been really happy with it. When it comes to probiotics, I personally look for something that feels unnoticeable in a good way—no bloating, stomach pain, gas, or uncomfortable side effects. This one checks all those boxes for me. I started taking it postpartum, especially after going through multiple rounds of antibiotics, and it felt like a supportive addition to my routine. While it’s subtle, I feel confident using it as part of maintaining a healthy gut and overall balance. The capsule itself is relatively small and easy to swallow, which I appreciate. It’s a dark green color and doesn’t have any weird taste or after-effects. If you’re looking for a reputable, gentle probiotic that’s easy to incorporate into daily life without discomfort, this has been a great option for me.
