Greasy
Pill is fairly large but if you wash it down by itself it should be ok. However, the capsules them selves are greasy to the touch. I put them in a small pill case with my other daily supplements and the compartment for these soft gels is now greasy. After digging them out of the pill case, I have to wash my fingers because my fingers are now greasy. The weather is cool so its not like they are melting in the heat.
