My kids and I love these books. I read every night sitting in the hallway between their doors. They get a kick out of the craziness in the book and how much it tongue ties me on certain parts. I always have to go back and try again. My nieces have me call them while reading now too.

Love Lemony Snicket. My son just finished A Series Of Unfortunate Events and wanted to continue reading from his collection so we purchased this box collection. I bought this box collection used-like new and it arrived in great condition, looking brand spanking new. I would had never thought it was used! Great book collection, great price, great seller!

This product was a chill set of books for a friend. Nice size, smaller than normal, and paper back. Perfect for casual reading.

This is a 4-book set, not a boxed set. And it did not include the book of short stories. I should have read the other reviews before ordering. I would have just ordered the four books individually and saved a few dollars. The books are very nice and my son is excited to read them. I'm just disappointed that it was not as advertised.

This was a gift for my 11yo well-rounded (sports, playtime, academics) grandson. An avid reader, he's been through all the Lemony Snickett books and gave a hearty "thumbs up" to this series. He thinks most kids (his own friends included) would love these books. I also think it would make a great gift for any youngsters.

One of the nicest hardback sets I've ever bought. Great packing. The dust covers are textured rather than glossy which I really like. They're the same size as the 13 suspicious incidents hardback so they look great on the shelf.

If you like unfortunate events then you should get this unfortunate book set as well. It will unfortunately make your bookcase look unfortunate. Lol. This is a great set and recommend to everyone who already owns the complete set. Aslo considering getting Beatrice's letters as well

Even though his stories are for kids, it is also great for adults. I like all his books that I have read so far.
