I have no problems with this mixing into my water and none of the GI problems that I used to have with monohydrate and believe you me, monohydrate did a real number on me.As for whether it works or not I can say that if my muscles simply don't feel up to doing the workout, I take this and I feel the molasses dissipate over the course of 10 minutes or so. So it's definitely doing something.I can also say that my "max out time" went from 8 minutes 48 seconds to 11 minutes 25 seconds the following week in the same workout. Is that the creatine or just me improving? Honestly it's probably both. Creatine isn't a miracle product. It never has been. You get a couple of extra lifts or what not, but every little extra bit that you can push beyond your max is what moves you forward.

My husband is a bodybuilder who has always had problems with creatine monohydrate. It caused him fairly severe gastrointestinal issues. He is sensitive to most supplements, so it was really no surprise. He has had no problems whatsoever with this creatine HCL and is so happy with it. He takes a scoop with his preworkout and a scoop post workout and said it has helped him increase both the amount and intensity of what he lifts, and even I have noticed an increase in the actual size of his muscles. It seems to be the only creatine he can tolerate. He says the taste is good and he mixes it with either plan water, or seltzer water. The price is reasonable too for the amount you get. We'll definitely continue with this supplement so long as he continues to tolerate it as he does.

Let's get straight to the points- It's taste is acceptable. It Depends on the proportion you mix the powder with the water. For example if you add half scoop to a 700 ML Blender it will taste like faint weird liquid. And if you added more than 2 Scoops it will be bitter. so you need to know how much powder you mix with water to give you the taste that you might like. usually a normal 700 ML blender can take 1 to 2 scoops may be 1&1/2 Somewhere in that range.- Some people say that it is only 15 scoops, well that depends on how much you mix per cup, if you used 1 scoop at a time it will probably be around 30 serving, But if you used 2 scoops at a time it will be around 15. For me i use less than 2 and sometimes i just use 1 so it is just a matter of preference.- It has a pretty good mix of Bcaa's and glutamine and enhancing formula, it will help you during your workout especially if you have dehydration issues , some people are complaining about the amount of BCAA's in it. But Come On it is just a cheap intra workout powder you can't expect to have everything in it. Beside usually people how care about the BCAA and protein intake usually take protein powders and BCAA's separately, Beside don't forget it is just a intra workout powder not a protein or BCAA supplement.- MY MAIN ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT IS THE DAMN COLOR - IT IS REALLY UNBELIEVABLE ! They added a Yellow Artificial Color that is capable of stucking at any material for NO REASON. We Don't need that Color. IT RUINS EVERY BLENDER IT TOUCHES. I Attached some photos of my blender after washing it with hot water and all kinds of cleaners and it is obviously showing it turned from a transparent blender to a yellow disgusting one. IT LOOKS LIKE S***. I Really wish they remove that color from it. If you have a white or a transparent blender expect it to change colors from the 1st use and even colorful blenders get affected one way or another. It is really annoying and i couldn't find any way to solve this issue.That is my first intra workout powder i ever used so i can't compare it to other stuff that i obviously didn't try but this one is fine i might try other brands and update this review later.

This is an excellent product. a lot of creatine powders I have found don't mix in very well, but this one dissolves in water effortlessly.This product also has an excellent flavor - you really can't go wrong with lemon lime.Creatine is an essential supplement for any serious weight lifter and this is the best one on amazon for sure - I will certainly be buying more when I run out.The thing I love most about this product, though, is the fact that it's a flavored creatine powder and it's fairly priced. I much prefer drinking my creatine over taking capsules, solely for the fact that I want to enjoy a good tasting drink! Most creatine powders that are flavored are priced unnecessarily high, but this one is spot on.
