Simple to use.
I bought these after having to replace tires on my car because of flat spots. As others have stated they do tend to slide on concrete. However with a little finesse zi got the car up on them. I have a mustang with only about 4" of front end clearance and they worked fine. Also plenty of width for my 285.75.18 tires

Solid Build
Bought a Maxsa tire saver ramp for my BMW. The product is solid build and wider than other competitors. Customer servive is great. I called to request an additional rubber grip set, just in case my parking surface garage is very slippery. They sent the grip set right away and I received in 3 days. Thank you

Winterize those bias ply tires!
Look good. Once I get a new 6V battery for my vintage sports car, I plan to drive it onto these tire savers.

My take...skip them or a diy project
Tried putting a 5.9 dodge.cummins on them and same issue as noted in other reviews. The things fly out from under the tires like rockets. The bottoms need.more grip and lead in ramp.too steep. Since I am wel past the return window, I had to buy a2x4 and 3/4in plywood and make a ramp, with stops, to the ramps. Yea i know. What a pain. If you are diy and need them they will work but takes.some.time.to.drive up on them. You could jack up your auto but at that point, not worth the price of the.

Super sturdy
So we’re giving us five stars but we must admit that we have not yet gone back to look at the car after a few months in storage. Got good reviews from a lot of folks so it seems like this would be the easiest option. Box as delivered is very heavy so you need to be able to lift it and unpack it somewhere like the garage or parking pad. We also found that it was easier to have two people or even three for positioning the car correctly on them because if you’re not familiar with it you don’t know when you’re actually in the groove and the first time we attempted it we ended up parking in the front wheels up onto the rIdge. In terms of cost, these seemed expensive to us but since the total cost for all four was less than replacing a single tire we figured this was a good way to go and we did not wanna put the car up on blocks. We will update if it turns out that it didn’t work, but we have every reason to believe the tires will be fine when we return to the car again.

Tricky to use with heavy vehicle
I am using these ramps on an asphalt driveway with a heavy MB Sprinter 2500 van, and driving up on them is tricky because the front wheel ramps can get pushed forward, or the rear ramps can get ejected out the back (on this rear wheel drive van). The technique I found that works best is to rock the van forward, as if driving out of a rut, until there is enough momentum in the van to roll up all of the ramps without needing to accelerate quickly. I installed a round “driveway mirror” near the front wheel so I can align the van properly and monitor progress. I asked the seller about rubber pads or something I could put under them to prevent slipping but they never got back to me.

This is the second set bought. First used on an Aston Martin with low profile and wider tires. Worked well. Challenge is getting the vehicle on them as the ramp and lip take a bit of power to overcome particularly with a standard transmission on a high performance car and if the garage floor has a bit of upslope. Once on the ramp they cradle the tires nicely ensuring no flat spots. Rubber feet on the bottom make sure they don't slip when trying to load on to them. I have an unfinished concrete floor so nothing moved. On a shiny floor or one with less friction need to ensure they don't move or you could overrun one of them and if your car is low profile will hit the bottom of the vehicle.

I never though it would work based on some reviews. However I gave it a shot for my Supra and it worked perfectly at least for the rear tires. I only had issues with front wheels because my car is lowered.

Used these ramps on my Teep Trackhawk for 6 months during winter storage in 2021. No issues whatsoever. I did hear a few reviewers say that they were difficult to drive onto so decided to just jack up the truck and place each one under tires. Not a big deal. Extra 30 minutes. The first year of using them was on regular street tires and worked great. This year will be trying them on my Mickey Thompson ET Street SS softer drag radials. These tires are considerably softer than the street tires but hope to have the same positive result. Will report back in spring 2023.

They do have rubber feet, but not substantial enough to take on spinning tires. I am fortunate to have a wood floor, so I just drilled some wooden brakes in front of them after a few unsuccessful attempts without. Would be nice if they came with the option of drilling right into the ramps (just a simple hole). Otherwise they seem sturdy and are plenty wide for my goodyear eagles on a 96 Camaro.
