After painting this I wanted to update with my frustration. The paints just didn't cover the numbers well enough on the lighter colors. I'm not exaggerating when I say I had to go over the whites and yellows 4 or 5 times. There must be a way to either make the paint more opaque or lighten the ink on the nunbers.This is a quality kit. I have wasted money buying cheap ones with lousy brushes. This comes stretched canvass/framed and ready to paint and hang on your pall. The quality brushes wint leave you frustrated and the kit supplies everything you need to enjoy painting.

Turned out great! The paint wasn’t toxic smelling or goopy, the brushes were decent for what it is, and the easel helped with not making my neck hurt from looking down. I recommend this brand!

Overall the painting turned out beautiful! It’s such a fun and soothing activity. There were 2-4 tiny areas with missing numbers, but it was easy to get creative with the color you fill in. I loved having the extra paper with all the numbers on it for reference

Christmas shopping for my parents (especially my dad) is HARD. I stumbled upon this paint by numbers kit looking for a really unique present to be able to gift both my parents. I love being able to create pretty things but simply do not have the skill to whip something like this up without numbers as a guide.Just so you know, this took me at least 30 hours to finish, so it’s definitely not something you can sit down and do in a few hours but it’s a fun project to work on when you have free time. Another PSA, once you start painting you may become addicted and end up working on your paint by numbers until 4am.I just want to give the creator of this product a big hug, thank you for helping me create such a special gift.

I loved this paint by number. It was so easy to read the numbers on the canvas. My only suggestion would be to put extra paint for #2 and #3, I didn’t think I was going to have enough. I had extra paint for #9 and #10, but I didn’t have to open either one.

I know that a paint by number set cannot look exactly like the original, but these colors are not even close in some places. To me, the sky looks like it was done in crayons. The original had blue in the sea and a blue bicycle, but no blues were provided in this set. The main color scheme are shades of gray. There are 4 gray paints in this set and they are used in the boardwalk, beach and sea. It's hard to tell where the board walk ends and the beach begins and then where the beach ends and the sea begins. The fenders of the bicycle are painted with one of those grays, so I substituted a lavender to make them visible. Most all of the paints required a couple drops of water to be usable, but 2 of the paints were so hard they were unredeemable. The description of the set says there are 4 brushes included, but I only received 3. When I contacted customer service, they said they upgraded the brushes, so now they only give 3. But all three are round brushes and you also need a flat brush. I had use one I already had. It may be that they just sent the wrong paints for this picture, but I won't be taking a chance on another one.

The canvas framed paint by number is beautiful and wonderful. The framed canvas sits great on the easel. However, the paints are dried out, the brushes can't handle the thick, dried out paint. Even after adding water, the acrylic has already turned to plastic and unable to preform what it was created to do. I am sad that I had to purchase acrylic paint from a local store that was close to the color so that I can finish this beautiful paint by number set created by Kim Norlien.

Came on time. One box with all supplies included in box.Pros: comprehensive instructions for beginners. Easy to use. Paint was useable, not dry. The easel made painting easy. Pretty picture, love it so much! Great for beginners, and very giftable.Cons: it would be best to have your own paint brushes, one of my brushes splintered.Overall, I really love this product! It was easy, fun and very beautiful.

It turned out great looks so realistic, I painted it as a gift for my daughter

I thought this was good when I unpacked it, the paints are terrible and the part I painted looked a mess, don’t know if its the canvas or paints at fault, thrown it away and it wasn’t cheap. Only one I have found any good is Schipper but think I have done most of them

Not used yet, Christmas gift for mum.

I like it very much there is nothing to dislike.

Would have preferred it to be bigger but my own fault for not checking size
