Poor customer service, defective product
Well, the lights DO work (otherwise it would be one star), but it has been quite a hassle.First, the seller:Soon after purchasing I was thinking about how I'm going to end up buying a second fixture anyway, and since shipping is kinda of expensive, I thought I would try to add one to the order. It seemed to be a pretty reasonable request because the shipping takes a long time. I never received any response from the seller at all. In retrospect I should have just canceled it and initiated a new order.Second, the lights themselves:Be forewarned that the metal reflective plate is quite maleable. It is easy to accidentally dent and bend during installation. Not really that big of a deal though. The bigger problem was that the sockets that the light bulb plug in to were completely missing on one side. I didn't notice this until I had the fixture completely installed (not that easy since I was installing on stainless steel shelving for growing microgreens and had to get the right height). I didn't want to take it all down so I started searching through all the packaging, looking for the missing sockets, wondering if I might be able to reattach them. Finally I noticed a piece of white plastic visible in one of the holes where the sockets are supposed to be. With a screwdriver I was able to move it towards the hole until I could grab it with my fingers and move it into position. I stuck the screwdriver in the other hole thinking I might feel the socket (it was harder to see inside that one from the installed position). I moved the screwdriver all around and didn't see anything.I thought I would at least test the working sockets out with one of the bulbs and check and see if it worked. Installing the bulb, the socket that was already in the right position when it arrived felt sturdy and secure. The one that I had to jimmy into place did not.I plugged it in, and it did not work.At this point I was frustrated, angry, and decided I had to send the fixture back, so I started uninstalling it and repacking it. It was during this process that I finally noticed a small piece of white plastic deep inside the socket hole. I got my screwdriver out and was able to move it around enough to confirm that it was, indeed, the other missing socket. I moved it fully into place. I placed both lightbulbs in the fixture and tried plugging it in again. It worked. Now because the sockets I had to manually put in place were flimsy and I felt like I was breaking them just getting the bulbs in place, I did not want to take the bulbs out again, which put me in the risky position of re-installing the fixture with the bulbs installed. All in all, I would not purchase these again. With shipping they come in just a few bucks cheaper than other similar light fixtures on Amazon. I've since learned that for what I am growing (microgreens) they are probably overkill anyway and I could have gone with a cheaper, even LED, option.I really need these lights. I have a batch of germinated microgreens under these lights already, so I can't just box them back up and send them away for a replacement. It appears I am stuck with it. I am not looking forward to the day I have to replace a bulb.

Best damn light I've ever bought
I have 3 in total. I bought 2 probably back in 2016 and after hoarding seeds all year I realized I needed more lights.YES, pricey. BUT! I've tried the neon colored lights and didn't get growth as fast as these bad boys. It's worth it to buy these over a period of time as you expand and figure out how your growing space will be set up. I apparently thought I was Mrs Moneybags in 2016 buying two because they were the same price then as well (I checked my order history to make sure).

Works very well
I bought this product in May, 2016. It is, as of this posting, April 2020. These lights still work. They work very well. I place then about two inches above my germination seeds, and i get very quick germination (without a heat mat) and zero leggy seedlings. I love this light.

Lights, Action, Reef Tank
What more can you ask for? An inexpensive alternative for your DYI Saltwater Hybrid lighting system for your marine aquarium. I bought two of these fixtures for my custom canopy to make a hybrid lighting fixture. A combination of T5's and Aqualumination LED's. Seem Sturdy and nicely built. Using one ATI Blue plus and one coral plus in each fixture. So far so good.

Green House Lighting
I grow Orchids and these lights are perfect. They do not put out heat, only light, which is what the Orchids need. They burn very little electricity.I have two Green Houses and have them in both. I am really very happy with this light system.
