We were having a summer dinner party and the patio needed a little something to make it look just right. I wanted lights but a little larger than the twinkle lights but a little smaller than some of the outdoor lighting I've seen. I thought I would try these as the length seemed right for what I needed, I ordered two sets. They were exactly what I wanted and looked amazing. I really liked how easy they were to string up and also how well the two sets connected. The remote added a nice touch as well. I received so many compliments on how they looked I was glad I purchased them.

I like that there's a remote, however, it has to be pointed DIRECTLY at the plug in order to work. You can't just casually turn it on/off change settings from across the room. The lightbulbs give off virtually no light (it's yellow light BTW), but they look very sleek and of good quality, so they are a very nice decoration. Also, there's 8 different "blinking" settings. I think they'd be cute on a Christmas tree.Overall they're exactly as they were designed to be, so I can't knock off any starts. Just be aware they don't offer any functional light.

these are super cute and they seem pretty durable . I love that the cord between the first bulb and the plug is a long clear string so it makes it much easier to hang on the ceiling or next to it. i hung mine on 2 clear push pins. I have them plugged in to the outlet controlled by the light switch so everytime i come in the room , they turn on with the switch to solid light (option 8 on remote) so I dont need to use remote each time . Highly recommend

Hi this was my first day of using this string lights. I was a little upset when the remote didn’t work because the only reason I bought the 59ft only for the remote control. Took me not that long to figure out how to fix the remote control. If your remote doesn’t work, maybe you would want to try way.When you shake the remote, if you hear something, the will be a little metal thing probably detached from the remote which I think it is something that touches the (-) of the battery. This was what I did- I took out the battery including the holder and there will be a while tab on top which is the paper that attached to let you use the modes. I used a tweezers to push it out and I peeled the whole thing out to reveal the panel.- I have a little screwdriver that I got for fixing glasses which is small enough to unscrew the nails on the panel- You will find a little tab (metal tab on photo) which will go on to the square spot that I circled. I used a tiny bit of school glue to attach it. Attach according to the direction from my photo. You will find a little slit on the sides of the square and it will fit with the metal piece- And then just put everything back and mine was good to goI know my English description is not that well and easy to understand. But I hope you find this helpful to fix your remote.

I am not a fan of overhead lights so I always put dimable string lights up in rooms. These particular lights are cute and put off a lovely warm glow, but the remote is the worst I've ever used. I saw other reviews stating this issue but I figured must have been a fluke or "user error" (apologies) because I've never had that problem with any of the light sets I've bought. WELL, let me tell you, if that remote isn't pointed DIRECTLY at the outlet where the lights are plugged in, nothing happens. And you can't be far away either, you have to be close. So even though I do like the lights, if I had it to do over I would have spent a bit more to get a better remote. It's also worth mentioning that there is a light on the plug in so you will see it at night. As it is, the lights are hung so I'm going to keep them, but I wanted to help other potential buyers make an informed decision.

Great product and excellent customer service. Very easy to put up. Lights are bright and the remote does work...you just need to point it at the plug.My order arrived with one light not lighting. I contacted the company to complete an exchange and they replied right away- telling me they were sending me a new order and telling me to keep the original order. The replacement order arrived in only 2 days!

The media could not be loaded.  Omg i love the lights! It looks so pretty in my patio. The lights come in 8 different mode like i showed in the video. I love the blinking one and the one that dims and fades out and light up again in a second. I like how i have options to dim the light or make it brighter! It would add on to any decorations. The remote is very easy to use and come with battery as well. I would def recommend this product!
