Solid BCD
Just got back from a week of diving in Cozumel. I bought two of these- one for me and one for my youngest son. with this purchase I switched from a Mares "back-style" to this Sherwood "Jacket -style". While there are things I like better about a "Back-style"- This Sherwood Avid is a really fine BCD- plenty of lift, plenty of options for how you carry weight- for where and how you carry other gear. I used the zippered pocket to take down my cellphone/housing . Trim weight pouches on the back are really nice!. My "Back-style" would tip me forward at the surface- this Sherwood allows you to be upright or even lean back while on the surface...and when you are up you are up!

Great BCD
The cushioned neck piece is great. It is not only comfortable. but it eliminates neck chaffing that other BCD's have given me in the past. This BCD has d rings for accessories (lights,debris bag, etc). It has everything most average divers could need in my opinion. Often dive centers will rent BCDS such as this one, so you can try it out in the water for yourself. 9.5 out of 10 divers say you will like it!

I bought this for my husband he has had another Sherwood for 11 years. It was good this one looks like the same good quality. Would buy it a again
