If you cook hard stuff the coating could be damaged by scratched, then the capability of oven proof would be compromised. Other than that, the wok does very well in heat.

Q: Are these pans good for induction oven tops?

I use this on gas stove tops. Would not know how it works on induction top.

Q: Does this have teflon?

Of course this is teflon. "Non-stick marble coating" is a marketing gimmick used to imply it's coated with teflon in a marble-like pattern. The company (Dream Chef) seems very adamant on obscuring this fact, and only goes to mention that the product is "FDA approved, PFOA free, and 100% food safe." What they are not saying is the product uses GenX, which is a PFAS and is just as bad as PFOA. It's just not regulated by the FDA at this point in time. Also, be mindful that teflon breaks down into PFAS with high heat. This is a wok, which is meant for high heat cooking. This is a horrible combination and is NOT safe to eat from.
