You might look at a Lori doll car. They sell them on amazon and target.

can this fit barbie clothes/shoes?

Barbie clothes don't fit Lottie dolls, unfortunately, since both dolls have very different proportions. Lottie is far shorter, has no breasts, and maybe a wider waist since she's more like a young girl than a woman (as is Barbie). Barbie's skirts are nevertheless too big for Lottie's waste. Lottie is also standing flat, rather than on pointy feet. I hope this helps.

What is the age recommendation?

It has small parts, but no age limit. I bought it for my daughter’s 11 th birthday and she was super excited about it.
