Perfect for the daily workout
I bought a couple of these journals. They are really helpful in making sure that I track my routine. While there are some online things, I find just having a written journal more helpful in daily tracking.

Perfect for beginners!
I really liked that it was easy to use! I just joined a gym and sat down with a personal trainer there to come up with a workout plan. It was easy to incorporate that into the journal. And it's the prefect size too, not too small to attempt to write in but not too big to lug around the gym. It fits on top of most of the machines I use.

Solid Workout Journal for Basic Needs
I purchased this planner to help establish good fitness/nutrition habits; track my progress, and meet my goals. I’ve used the clever fox ultimate achiever before, so wanted to give this a try.What I like:I love that the planner is undated and gives a significant amount of time to record and track...28 weeks. There are ample spaces to record specific goals and progress, as well as a fantastic amount of daily space for logging your workouts. The price point for the product is reasonable, and I like the color selections available. It’s wire bound and can lay flat or be folded over.What I feel could be improved:In the starting point and results page, I’d like to see more spaces to customize and track additional measurements (clothing sizes, visceral fat, muscle mass, etc) to compare current state and results. Incorporating a section on weekly meal planning and expanding to a 2 page daily format to incorporate meal plans, a food journal, and daily habits to do list/habit tracker would be ideal.Things that would completely WOW! me would be to add a pen loop, pockets, page marker/bookmark, a way to keep the book closed, and some fun stickers.All in all, a solid workout journal for basic needs.

Excellent Quality Fitness Journal
This is an excellent fitness journal. The paper is very think so the ink does not bleed through. It is also very durable. It contains all of the elements that you need to track your workouts!

I wanted a simple way to track workouts. I found this journal required too much information and the pages were too dense.

High quality materials amd fun colors!
I ordered these to help keep me accountable and motivated in my fitness journey (starting back up again after having a baby). The materials used are nice and thick and high quality, there is plenty of space to track many different things depending on your fitness goals, colors are fun and cute, its the perfect size to fit into your gym bag (not too big and not too small), and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected.The only con I have against this journal is that there is only one before and after page. I do beachbody programs and I personally would like to have a before and after page for each program I do. However, this can easily be fixed by photocopying the first before and after page and stapling it into your journal on the same page you start a new program. 😉 Overall though, I'm very satisfied with this journal and will definitely buy it again in the future. 😊

Great journal
Options for reps/sets and the ability to add notes. It is compact which is great for bring to the gym. I love the ability to track my workouts and look back in my notes to see how I was feeling and how it matched my progress.

Really good and good value for money
Best fitness journal I've seen so far. Space for everything. Really good for if you are starting a weight loss journey or looking to build muscle, go through a bulk or cut and so on and gives you space to stick in a before and after photo. The only tiny tiny thing I would say is that it would benefit from having a few more of the "my starting point and results pages" as most people would likley have multiple goals once they reach their 1st. Though its very good for a start.

Great product
This product has been very good and his help me with my workouts. I also bought one for a friend. Stefanelli, good to keep track of and the format is the best. This book has the best format to write down your workouts compared to other books. I definitely recommend buying this book if you lift weights and cardio and go to the gym every day.
