Keep You Up At Night
I purchased this to help with my restless sleep. Normally, I fall asleep pretty quickly, but I have a lot of dreams & toss & turn a lot. Reviews said to take before bed & it really helped their sleep. I tried this twice weeks apart & I was unable to fall asleep for many hours after going to bed. It also made me feel anxious. I almost never experience this unless I am worried about something, which I was not the nights that I took this.

Poor packing
Product seems to work well. Unfortunately packing was not good, glass bottle was shattered, and I had to fish through hundreds of pieces of glass shards to get the pills out.

Product doesn't work
I'm on my second bottle and am seeing no changes. I highly doubt what they say is in the capsules is really in them. I tried to return the other bottles I bought and cannot return them.
