Mission Mijello Fusion Folding 20 space Removable Palette Water color Palette

I ordered this under the mistaken impression it was as compact as the 18 well palettes that are similarly designed, but it's actually quite large. That being said, it has 20 wells (21 if you count a little divit in the main part of the palette- I always squeeze a bit of neutral tint in there) - weirdly enough the photo makes it look like it has 19, but it really has 20. I am definitely a watercolor collector and I squeeze my tubes into half pans and store them in thos big round Robax palettes, but a while ago I started realizing that I really resisted using watercolors in half pans because I hate "scrubbing" larger brushes in the tiny pans. So I decided to get several of these smaller palettes for my favorite colors so that when I paint with larger brushes, I don't have to deal with the "dabbing" of paint. These are easy to fill, easy to clean, and a joy to watercolor with. Again- they are not compact, and they are not airtight, but they are great for creating limitied color palettes and for painting with larger brushes.

Just love this palette, great amount of mixing space, 20 wells for plenty of color, and honestly if you let your paints dry before traveling you shouldn't have any leak issues. It would be amazing if Mijello would create this exact really amazing palette and add another 4 to 6 wells..... This is honestly a great palette and was even more pleasantly surprised when I saw the fine print on the logo sticker just at the bottom.... "God is the Greatest Artist"....Wholeheartedly agree!

A well made, lightweight WC palette that I bought for painting outdoors. Stain-resistant but paint beads up a lot until you've used it awhile- it's a slick plastic. I like the ergonomic thumb grip in the corner, and the paint wells are placed on one side to prevent spillage when the palette is closed. I removed a star because I can't figure out exactly what the removable clear plastic inner cover is for (extra mixing space?) There's a leaflet that came with it but it's in Korean, so no help there. Despite this minor quibble I highly recommend it.

Works really well for a Watercolor particularly if you need a lot of different wells. Great Travel pallet for class. I scuffed it up a little bit with a green side of a scotch, bright sponge and a little bit of high number sandpaper. It’s a really good size. It has lots of mix mixing areas. It’s not water tight so I doubt it would be good for storing acrylics, but it’s perfect for Watercolor. Each of the little wells just holds a little bit of paint, but that’s OK. I can still get a pretty big brush in their sideways.

The color is difficult to clean, and it penetrates into the color palette, which is very ugly.

I like the design. My inside tray came cracked. I am still going to use it. It's a bit large so you can't fit it in a small bag or mini backpack. But definitely useful.

Pretty good size, nice mixing area, plenty of paint wells. Plastic stains with some pigments not horribly. Makes easy for taking on trips, or just using in the studio.

Plastic palette stains easily. Inner clear tray doesn't stay in place when closing, so it falls into your paints. Doesn't keep the liquids contained at all, so it will leak and the paints will dry out. Not even student grade materials. Much better options available elsewhere.

I searched through so many ads and was happy to find this palette. Unfortunately, it arrived with the brand logo stuck on sideways, a scratch on the inside, and was shipped in soft packaging which may have contributed to banged up exterior product packaging, but as this item was not opened for inspection during shipping, I’m not sure how both openings of product packaging would have opened during transit? While there are no stains on the palette, I’m not sure this product is new. I love the clear insert for mixing, but it falls out of the tray every time I open/close the palette. I wanted to love this, and am sorry for a not great review. I will try to return as I have not used.
