LorAnn Natural Liquid Soy Lecithin, 4 Ounce

Product came with safety seal still in tact. I use lecithin for gummies. Last time I purchased it was sunflower lecithin and was extremely thick to work with. This lecithin has a nice consistency and mixed in very well!

This is a must have for my green medicine gummies. Also it’s a must for my homemade salad dressings. I like this small size of this. You don’t neee much at once. This way mine stays fresh. When I buy a big bottle it tends to get funky towards the last of the product. I also think the opaque white jar helps it last longer. Plus when it’s gone you get a jar to reuse for other stuff. Keeping it out of the landfill. I use the jars to store said green medicine gummies in.

I use this for a binding agent for edibles which I’ve never done before for both. From what I gather it looks like the value for your money is there. I don’t know what it’s normally supposed to taste like but I only use like a half a teaspoon or teaspoon at a time and it’ll last me a long time. If I was gonna get this greedy again I would go through here because I know what I got already. Maybe I try a different one just to see if it’s saying down the road, because I don’t know normally what is this be like first place. But that’s my feedback I know it was me but I hope it helps anyone.

I've never used this product before and not sure if I'm using it right, but I haven't had much luck with it. It doesn't seem to help with mixing stuff together very well. Maybe I just need to figure out how to use a properly. So I'm not sure about the quality but it seems to be very functional and worth the money.

We use lecithin for “medical herbal” edibles for our patients as it helps the body absorb and process the medicine better.Lecithin Granules are hard to work with during the steps to extracting oil into coconut oil. So finding lecithin in a liquid that’s not a capsule to swallow was a good day. I always trust LorAnn candy making products and this did not disappoint.Not much more to say other than we will purchase again and recommend others using lecithin for the same reason to do the same. You won’t go back to granules! :)

Works amazingly well in my lipgloss recipes!It’s a must have in recipes, for smooth glide and spreadable texture.

4 to 5 times the price elsewhere in health food stores and online.

Good quality soy lecithin, helps emulsify water into oil based products. You get more than enough for many many batches of medicated gummies. A tiny bit goes a long way!

Great product more then I expected for the price.
