How do i navigate the nt510 to cycle my jetta tdi diesel fuel pump ?

I bought the NT510Elite to perform this simple task, while I am changing fuel filters. As far as I can tell there is no such function on this device. By the way, I graduated from MIT in Mechanical Engineering, so it is not as if I am naive about how to use this kind of tool.

If i replace an automatic transmission shifter on a 2008 vw jetta 2.0t with used at shifter. will i be able to erase & regenerate & reprogram the tcm?

Does the nt510 have the option to relearn tpms sensor?
