Very nice despite some issues...
Purchased as a gift along with grandchild engraved frame...the grandparents frame had a defective backplate but was easily returned and replaced with a new frame.A very nice addition to a photo library whether a grandparent or a parent to display.I did find that the support on the back of the frame is not the same span, i.e. one frame rests more on a slant than the other so a little improvising corrected the flaw.

Love the frame but it came with a crack in the corner. Unfortunately, we need it next week so it's too late to return and have a new one shipped. :(
