Love this spicy muffuletta mix
Spicy. Great for sandwiches, spaghetti sauce, or as a dip served with crackers.

Love it.
I first found this at Costco and by the time I wanted to get some more it was no longer there. I love it on whole grain and cream cheese. I will being ordering again so I never run out. The size is smaller than what costco carried and more expensive, but what isn't. It arrived well package with no leaks.

Unsealed and leaking at delivery
I just received this product and when I opened the box it was stained with olive oil. The product was wrapped very well in bubble wrap but the lid was actually unsealed and opened and there was oil on the inside of the bubble wrap and the jar. There was a plastic seal wrap that was holding the lid on but when I tried to close it without removing the wrap, the lid would not tighten. When I cut that off I was able to tighten and close the lid so that it was sealed. There was a tiny dent in the lid but I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it being opened enough to be unsealed and leak.Since this is a non returnable item, I am going to have to throw it away. I am afraid to use it due to it being unsealed and leaking and it being 100 degrees outside and not knowing how long it was open since it needs to be refrigerated after it is opened. So basically I paid $19 just to carry it to the trash.

Love it
First bought these at Costco and after a year or so, disappeared, but fortunately found on Amazon. Fabulous taste and we love them.

That Pickle Guy needs “Inspector 12” to check jars before shipping!
The Muffalatta is delicious. However, I ordered it through Amazon and had to return it twice. When it arrived the olive oil had leaked out because the lid wasn’t sealed tightly. I called the manufacturer and was told they were having an issue with the lids and they were working on it. They never offered to send a replacement. I love the product but am hesitant to order it online again and it’s not available in my local stores. Also Amazon has the best pricing and I never had any issue with the lids before. Disappointed. ☹️

Not Louisiana olive salad, but good flavor and versatile
First, this is not the olive salad that you get on your mufaletta in south Louisiana. It's oilier, and it's spicier. That said, it's darned tasty, and it's good not only on sandwiches: put a spoonful on a salad, on a homemade pizza, in potato salad, in an omelette. Nice burst of flavor! I usually use a third of the jar, pour out some of the oil, and add finely chopped Greek olives (green and kalamata), celery and red peppers, with a bit of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of cayenne. This makes it a bit more like home's olive salad. The jars are on the expensive side but they are really nice to have on hand and spice up a number of dishes.
