Just one magnet for each activity and one blank. I found it was not helpful for keeping track of all our various activities that were reoccurring like soccer and gymnastics and swimming. It was mainly holidays and events not normal sports activities etc. I'm not a DIY person, that's why I purchased a pre made calendar. They write on and wipe off okay in a test just now. But there's so little room that I don't know if it's worth it. Each space only has about 1.5-1.75 square inches to write in.
