Let me tell you something, if you haven't tried Hulless Popcorn, you haven't explored the good side of corn yet. I have seen in a lot of review of this product, folks are using this for breakfast cereal - Puffed corn is one of the best snacks you can ever have - it just need to be prepared right! First, this of it as Hulless Popcorn instead of a 'Sugar Pops' substitute. I used to eat this as a kid in a town near where I grew up. The town was known for it and it was a Sunday thing for us to go eat Hulless Popcorn. No more hulls stuck on your teeth, kernels at the back of your throat - PLUS if you have braces, this is safe! It won't get stuck. The trick is to prepare it just like popcorn. I use a wok but you could really use any type of wide pan. In it I put some Flavored Coconut popping oil. Just enough to coat the puffed corn. You will see a slight expansion of the corn, where it crack just a little more - you can see small white areas of the corn open up. Then it is ready for you to add your favorite popcorn seasoned salt. Then it is ready to put in a popcorn bowl and top it with some nice butter! Tastes just like popcorn without the hassle! For years I looked for this where I live. My local supermarket started carrying it but then stopped. I am glad I can find it here! You too may switch from popcorn to hulless popcorn once you try it! BTW, this is not 'virtually' hulless, it *is* hulless! Preparation can also be done in the microwave. The corn will show the same little cracks once ready, be careful not to burn it. Once it comes out of the microwave and you try to eat it, it will be awful, mushy. Just wait 2 to 5 minutes and it will be crunchy and ready to eat!

Love this cereal! Low in calories, salt free, no added sugar, whole grain, preservative free, crunchy and very satisfying. This can also be eaten as a healthy snack without the guilt. I would strongly recommend this cereal for children as well as adults. It has a nice just baked flavor and aroma. I have been eating this cereal for years and am never disappointed or bored with it. I sometimes mix it in with other wholegrain cereals because I like the different textures.

My favorite is to munch on it as I am watching a good movie instead of popcorn. You don't need to add butter or any type of fat or fat substitute. It tastes great just the way it is. For those with wheat allergies or on a gluten free diet, this is a great option either for a meal or a snack. Purchasing through Amazon seems to be the least expensive way I have found.

I like this is a natural product with no sugar and hardly any calories. You can make it sweet or savory. Turn it into a snack food like popcorn. Many stores do not carry this.

So nice to find a sugar-free cereal that’s #1 organic, #2 crunchy, #3 free of Roundup Weed Killer. No kidding. Your name brand cereals have been reported for having this carcinogenic substance in them. But this, while it doesn’t contain fancy colored marshmallows or turn your milk brown, is a good, wholesome breakfast food. Great with Almond Milk.

I’ve purchased this item numerous times, but his last order was awful! Some pieces were burnt, some were white like popcorn, and there were husks everywhere! Not edible. Unfortunately, the entire order is like this. I inspected every bag hoping it was just a one bag issue, but it’s not. I’m tossing the remainder of the bags and will not order again.

I have been eating this cereal for 4 years - almost every day. The bags usually have exactly six ounces of cereal (net weight = 6 oz). The bags from the last case had only four ounces of product. I noticed the cereal was puffier than normal. I called Arrowhead Mills and told them. They will look into it. Since I paid for 12 bags and only received the equivalent of 8 bags, they will send me four coupons for free product. This needs to be looked at by Amazon. But, I'm not sure how to let them know. I'll look around the site.

I tried these after reading a review. Kind of like eating popcorn without the salt and butter. I keep expecting to them to taste sweet because they remind me a lot of Corn Pops cereal by Kelloggs. Great to snack on when you are trying to stay awake driving...or when you just have a craving to eat a lot of something that is actually nutritious. Can't beat the cost either, especially when using Subscribe and Save option.
