Amazing lucid dream mask to practise

As a master dreamer controller and as a person that remembers every single dream unless something happens that prevents me to have a dream, listen closely. The mask is not gonna work unless you try the SSILD technique of lucid dreaming. The mask after you turn it on before sleeping, it'll start shining after around 30 minutes to 1hour, it makes totally no sense as phase REM of sleep comes after 5 hours of falling asleep, the phase in which you dream. A person that doesn't know any techniques of quick sleeping might have a hard time even falling asleep and the mask will turn on before you fall asleep which is only distracting to you. Instead of buying this useless thing, read about different techniques online or find books and find a suitable technique for you, if none of the techniques work you might need vitamins or the sacred blue lotus. You can drink or smoke it and it'll help.

I’m not a review type but I though I would give this a shout for anyone looking with same frustration as me.I wanted to get back into lucid dreaming, 30 plus years ago I had a nova dream pro I think it was called cost 300 Quig’s back then, I searched high and low and there is nothing available, I was prepared to pay 300 quid again, I spotted this, looks terrible and cheap, but at 25 quid I gave it a punt. It works brilliantly, all it doesn’t do is see your rapid eye movement and turn on automatically, it comes on at timed intervals which you can set online, for example every 10 minutes for 10 seconds 5 hours after going to sleep. It worked first night, had a lucid moment in the craziest dream ever, can’t believe it’s job done for hundreds less than prepared to pay, I’m going to order another 5 right now to last me the rest of my life

Really, don’t waste your money. Put simply, it’s just a poorly made product fashioned out of the cheapest parts available. Avoid!

I was desperate for this. The first mask I bought didn’t work and the seller sent another. It’s not well made and though the mask works now the lights have never registered in my dreams at all. So disappointed.

Comfortable and gives me ‘better’ dreams, but the material it’s made from has degraded to the point where I can’t wear it at night. The elastic has stretched too much and the material itself is disgusting (even though it’s been washed). Great idea, let down by the materials.
