Covering and Color Match
Alright y’all. I have never written an Amazon review. But I have been searching since September (it’s June almost July) for a tattoo cover up. I am a performer that has to keep her tattoo covered for hours at a time. I have bought just about every tattoo coverage possible, including over 100 dollars on Dermablend. Dermablend is way too orange and rubs off. I have been covering my tattoo with moleskin tape for over half a year and my skin has literally taken on the texture of the tape to my tattoo. This was my last purchase, but it is the only thing that has actually worked. I have bought and tried just about everything you can think of. I am a perfectionist, so I needed my tattoo coverage to be perfect. I have a small tattoo above my collarbone that is a cursive phrase in all black ink. This coverup appears so well in person and on camera. It covers my tattoo so well too. It stayed on for about 5 hours today before wearing off. Here is my recommendation: color correcting lipstick or liner (I use red or coral), powder, concealer (I use dermablend concealer bc I can cover the orange), a coat of this, and a second final coat. I use my finger to dab over the tattoo and blend in the outsides with a brush. Give time to dry in between each. Letting this concealer dry is key. Powder, then hairspray over. It only rubbed off a little, but any makeup is gonna rub off if you mess with it. It’s better than nothing and has been the only makeup product (I’ve tried TONS of foundation, liquid latex, bandaids, etc.) that has worked for me! For the value, it is definitely worth it:)

Decent but very orange
I'm a very pale skinned person, and I bought this pallet to both do tattoo cover up and drag king full torso and face make up. I've used Mehron before and I really like the coverage and opacity of this brand. It did cover the tattoo, with a couple layers of make up, setting powdered in between, but that was mostly achieved using just the lightest one. I used the darkest to draw details and begin the contouring. The main issue is that the three middle tones are VERY orangey. I'm glad I was in a lower light situation, so the overall look came off, but I wouldn't want to try to use this to cover a tattoo if you needed to be in regular lighting. Even in the lighting in my bedroom, it looked very orange after application, even blending all the colors and using setting powder and spray. The wear was great, though, and did not crease or smudge, though I was careful how I hugged people.

Absolutely Useless – Don’t Waste Your Money!
I bought this so-called "full coverage" makeup specifically to cover a small tattoo for a special event. Let me tell you—this product is a complete joke. No matter how much I layered it, the tattoo was still visible, just with an ugly, cakey mess on top.To make things worse, I reached out to customer service, hoping for at least some advice on how to make it work. Their response? A generic, unhelpful message that basically blamed me for not applying it "correctly." No refund, no exchange, no real solution—just a waste of my time and money.Save yourself the frustration and buy literally anything else. This was hands down the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time

Great product!
I have a large dark tattoo on my inner wrist. I have worked tirelessly trying to find the right mixture of products and techniques to cover it. I use a skin toner first (skin prep pro), then, I use Maybelline camouflage concealer, the ring allows me to mix the proper colors for blending the different skin tones on the front and back of my wrist. I live in Florida so I tan at the sides but the bottom of my wrist is much more fair. Because I do theater I must cover this tattoo every time I'm on stage. This is the best coverage I have found. If you use the Mehron setting powder between every layer you lay down it and finish with a Mehron Sealer fixative, it absolutely helps it stay on throughout the hours you will need coverage for. I'm extremely happy with this product.

u get what u pay
it’s very hard to apply. for example, you put on a layer and you can kinda see the tattoo so you put on a second layer but when you apply the second layer it also scrubs off the first layer and leaves the tattoo even more visible. so you have to try to cover the tat with only one swipe which is hard. it’s makeup so it rubs off easily with clothes and water starts to slowly decay it and make kinda like dissolve so it kinda streams down. it’s VERY hard to match with yo skin tone so i tried mixing two tones but it was still hard. it’s kinda a you get what you payed for product.

Not going to work for what I needed
Does not cover tattoo and it’s not a good texture. More like costume makeup.
