These are great value for money. There is a clear difference in the resistance of each band. These have been great for at home exercises. Any level of fitness could use these. I also use them to assist with stretches recommended my my physio and my shoulder injury is healing much faster than before. The bag is handy for easy storage. Highly recommend!

I appreciate that these are not very expensive, but they are not suitable for all exercises. I think they work best for arms. On the legs they twist, turnand are difficult to manage.

I was perfectly happy with these, variance on resistance seemed okay; but they have split already after two weeks!

Good resistant bands. They are rubber so when using them they ride up but that’s like all rubber bands.

I only got through one exercise and I had enough. They roll up all the time and feel like they would snap sooner rather than later. You get what you pay more.The only good things is they came quick and they do have a handy bag.

smaller than expected. after using it for a while they get loose very easily. Won't recommend it

Quick delivery which was good. But there is absolutely no weight to these bands. I’ve only just started getting into fitness and I’m not necessarily strong. But even the strongest band I feel next to no resistance at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
