An excellent book, well made, colorful, and captivating not only for children but for adults too. And I want to emphasize this, even for adults! There is so much here that we and the children can learn about saving the Earth.It is the story of environmentalists over the years that can inspire us about what they have done for the good of our planet.I got it for my 6-year-old son and we were both very excited and interested in it.Excellent price. Super recommended.

Really interesting stories on lots of different people with eco connections, explaining what they have done for green progress.Great book for schools too though for reading alone it's probably better for age 8 plus.

A fantastic, informative read great for those interested in climate change. Nice illustrations too.

This is a fantastic book! It contains beautiful illustrations which draw the reader in, as does the cover and title.It's all about those who 'dare' to stick their necks out to help save our planet - the environmentalists who publicise and promote respecting our ecology, and those who fight to do something about it. The famous names include: Jane Goodall, Helen Caldicott, Greta Thunberg, and David Attenborough, as well as several more.It's a wonderful resource for my Year 5 book corner, and I highly recommend it if you have upper KS2-age children.

These are the names we all have heard (ok, maybe not all of them) but there are people we all grew up hearing and watching in action. These are the stories of the people who had something to give to the world and the way to show other. The stories are short, the pictures are colourful. This one will be a book much treasured in this house and I am sure we will find our inspirations.

This is a lovely book about eco pioneers, from Greta Thunberg to Rachel Carson and David Attenborough (as well as many lesser-known environmental figures).Each person has their own double page, with clearly presented information in well-graded language, and accompanied by a lush full-colour illustration.Great way of informing and inspiring kids when it comes to environmentalism.

In times of changes as will no end soon let's not forget that we're humans. All past mistakes can be made good, there is no late to do it and this book is a great guide to leadership broght to excellence.This item arrived with no issues and ahead of schedule.

I am pleased to add this book to our home ed collection. My daughter is very passionate about doing her part and trying to safe the planet. The book is colourful and has good illustrations.My daughter found this book really interesting.
