7 Years Later - these are still as good as new. Excellent product, well worth the price.
I use my headset on a daily basis. I wear glasses. These pads are still good, no flaking, great cushion. Superb product has withstood the test of time.

Better than aftermarket; OEM, but is slightly different...
4-29-2013, RevA.Better than the aftermarket cheap ones; It is OEM, but its slightly different. The texture is less soft, but is still soft. The cooler is slightly less black, almost very dark gray.It is hard to remove the old and replace the new foam pads. Here is how I did it:Those with fingernails, need to exercise extra caution, as you close damage the new pads, very easily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(IF you have nails cut them, or find someone who dont have nails)To remove:Place you thumb inside between the back side of the foam pad in the crevices just above the netting screen covering the far inside. Make sure you dont poke the netting. With your other fingers, on the outside of the foam. Pry up ward, work you fingers around, till it pops up and out. It makes a plastic braking popping noise, as it comes loose.Reinstall new:Simple explanation; Think of a bike tire, installing it on to rim. There is a rail on the bottom of the foam pad. There are several small short lips that the rail fit between the outer edge. The rail on the foam pad needs to go into (in between) this.Start at one end, and latch as much of the lips into the rails as possible. Then work you thumb, around the pad, and push down hard (MAKE SURE YOU DONT USE YOUR FINGER NAIL, TO PUSH DOWN agents the pad, OR YOU WILL DAMAGE THE PAD!!!). It will make more uncomfortable plastic braking noises, as it snaps into place. To confirm its fully seated, pull up on the foam pad gently, if its not seated it will pop out easily. Make sure you get its 100% in, as it easier to fix at home, than while getting screened at air port security, or while your on the plane...The manual explains this too:[...]Good luck...

I'm glad I did
I have a set of PXC-450s that needed ear pads, and despite of what I have read in other reviews about these pads and PXC-450s, I decided to take the plunge and order them. I'm glad I did.I'm not sure if I got my pads from a different batch than others have, but they fit PERFECTLY on my headphones. Installation took about 30 seconds and I had none of the difficulties that others have mentioned. You simply reach in with your fingers and gently pull the old pads off. Then you line-up the new pads and press down gently to snap them into place. No muss, no fuss.Like others have said, the foam on these is a bit stiffer than my old pads, but I attribute that to the fact that my old pads got almost daily use for the past 5 years. I had to change the length adjustment by a notch or two from my old setting, but these pads provide a good seal against my head and do as well or better at blocking out ambient noise. I will update this review once I have a few months of use on them and let you know how the foam is doing.I have no regrets buying these.

Took a bit to install but works as described.
I have a Sennheiser PC350 headset where the original foam is now falling to pieces. It's probably 6 years old if not older. I ordered these replacement foam pieces. Read the reviews and hints to install them. Yes remove the clear plastic ring inside the foam pieces. The first one installed very easily. The second one, the old one took a little force to get removed. I didn't notice that an additional black plastic ring was left behind and I couldn't figure out why the new foam piece wouldn't install correctly. Finally with an old plastic credit card, I was able to pop off the old black plastic ring and install the new foam piece. Feels brand new again.

Easy installation, same sound quality as originals
I was hesitant to buy the oem replacement pads for the HD380PRO due to the previous reviews indicating challenges in installing the pads and potential sound quality issues. Perhaps thanks partially to the reviewers and partially to Sennheiser updating the replacement pads, I was able to snap them on in a couple minutes and the headphones sound as good as new. These saved me from needing to replace the headphones since the old pads fell apart recently and the headphones became useless.I do think that the price is pretty high for a couple earpads. Hence, the 4 start review.

Easily refresh you worn out ear pads with the real deal.
These made me love using my HD380 Pro headphones again! My old ear pads were so worn out. The only issue I have ever had is, after 5 years of ownership, the original ear pad cushion cover material began to deteriorate and flake off. The cushions had also begun absorbing all that sweat one accumulates while in the mix. While these replacements may seem costly, consider the MSRP of the headphones and the build quality. Was a little cautious about installing as I didn't want to break anything in the process. Ended up being very easy after a quick internet search and tutorial video. Make sure you have the ear pads lined up with the cup as much as possible before applying pressure to snap in place. Look around perimeter of cup to verify fitment and test fit. If they feel like day you got your headphones, you're done!

Not as Comfortable - Falling Apart After Two Years
UPDATE: I bought my Sennheiser PC 350 Headphones in 2012. The original ear pads didn't fall apart until 2017 and that was with 4-6 hours of daily use, sometimes more. These replacements were purchased in 2017 and the exterior material surrounding the cushion on both ears is already disintegrating and flaking away. So, not only are these less comfortable than the factory issued ear pads, they are far far inferior in quality too. After owning these headphones for seven years I'm thinking of buying another pair rather than just feeding $35 to this company's inferior product every two years.ORIGINALREVIEW: These are nowhere near as comfortable as the original issue ear pads, however, they are a lot more durable. I can see these lasting the lifetime of the headset unlike the first pair.My biggest gripe, and reason for leaving off a star, is that they don't seal as well as the original ear pads. I have to move them around a lot after putting them on to get the perfect seal and block outside noises.
