IPS was recommended to me by my Holistic Nutritionist. This supplement is very helpful in healing the gut. I have gastritis from taking too many Advil, and this has been one of the supplements I have used to heal myself. It's like spackling for the intestine, and fills up all the cracks and holes that may have developed from gluten, NSAIDS, and other gut disturbances. It can also be used as a preventative. So if I know I'm going to be eating something that may disturb my gut, I will be sure to take these first. I will continue to take these for the rest of my life.

As a senior having had IBS and Hashimoto's for a very long time, every one of their products I've tried has helped me regain my health.

Didn’t realize this had l-glutathione in it till it had done its damage, Per Mercola.com- L-glutathione may cause: Adomominal cramps, bloating, flatulence, loose stools, etc.Why they even put this in products is beyond me, everything I’ve read says it is poorly assimalted in the gut & causes the above issues.
