I love the design of the hilt and sheath and for the price it’s great. The dragons feet on the hilt can actually be used to stand the sword up. I plan on taking this to my next ren faire and I’m excited. The sword itself is poorly made, blade is crooked and can wobble, one review talks about not good for sword fighting but I don’t see why anyone would spend $33 and expect a good sword to fight with. My impression with the sword was it was for decoration, but that’s me. For the price it’s a great piece to just have to show off or sitting around

Not as dull as expected, but cooler than I expected! Great looking sword with some good weight to it.

My 9 year old begged for a metal sword and was over the moon about how cool this looks. It is definitely just for show but is certainly pretty and what you would expect quality-wise for the price. The chain just tears off and is kind of pointless anyway. The biggest caveat is it says "dull blade" and while it certainly isn't sharp by the standards of a real sword, it is not dull. I had to dull the blade myself to feel safe letting my 9 year old have it.

Great item! Especially for the price. Blade does come mildly sharp, something to be aware of if you gift to someone with children.

If you want this product just for the enjoyment of owning a sword for a low cost, then it's certainly a great option. However, there are minor manufacturing defects such as small flakes of steel on the handle that haven't been removed yet, and the blade is too flimsy to think about using it for more action than swinging it around in a room by yourself (It came with a slight bend in it, but nothing too severe). Despite these, I will say that it's a great budget sword for a costume and it feels much more realistic than the other options I've held thus far. I would still buy again, but my expectations were higher than what I received.
