First of all, I would like to say that the quality of the product is really good. I would compare it to the plastic toys, which I try not to buy because wood will last longer and would not contain hazardous elements inside.Second of all, believe this is a very educational toy. It helps to build organizational skills, attention to detail, and develops curiosity.I recommend to buy it for educational purposes if you want your child to be developed in a proper way in addition to other toys.

I like the color, the size, the chunkiness of the beads. The capacity to create different games as my grandchild grows and is ready to progress from color & shape to alphabet & numbers is a big draw for me.

I love encouraging my son to play with toys that help challenge him and make him think. I avoid battery operated, plastic, loud toys (except Legos, those are awesome). These were a great addition to our toy collection.My son loves these beads. We play with them together with either him attempting to lace the beads himself or me holding the lace and him putting them on. I talk about what's on the bead and then we place it. Sometimes I we find all the yellow beads and lace them, sometimes we look for animals and then sometimes we just put whatever on the lace.The laces are good. I was impressed that the plastic part on the end (I have no idea what that part is called) is nice and long. This helps him push it all the way through and gives it support until it comes out the other side. The laces are long enough to thread the entire alphabet, but another inch would've been good for doing that.There are two small issues with them. First, the beads have the picture and letter placed differently on some. Apparently this was necessary to accommodate a larger image and letter, but for someone a little neurotic like me it's a little annoying. Luckily this isn't something a 2 or 3 year old will notice or care about. The other issue is I wish the pictures on the back were a little more simplistic. My son is almost 2 1/2, so the yacht becomes a boat for him. The impala and underground beads are similar in their complexity. Underground isn't a concept he'll understand for quite some time.Despite my two small issues, they are wonderful beads. They are made well and the paint is done nicely. There aren't any quality issues at all. They came in a drawstring bag for storage. I was sent them for testing and review purposes. That has no bearing on my rating or review of them, this is my honest opinion.

Kids love these! They are large and create no fear of choking! Very educational and colorful, very sturdy and comes with 2 long sturdy strings with stiffened ends so you don't need a needle. Sturdy drawstring bag for storage.

Item came missing letters but the seller sent new to replace. So far my son really likes stringing the numbers.

Excellent colors, nice finish, and the ends of the stringing laces are perfect for threading. Good quality tote bag. Super good deal and I will continue to buy these for birthday gifts. I both this one for my 2 yr old Granddaughter.

I love TO Y'S OF WOOD OXFORD. I bought this set of beads for my daughter age 4 who has just started school. In the reception year they need to know numbers 1 to 20 inside out. This is one of the few set which include numbers 1 to 20. This has allowed my daughter to translate her homework of making patterns from cutlery into a true understanding of the patterns of numbers... counting in 2's, 3's & 4's we've done so far.On the back of the numbers 1 to 10 are the corresponding number of dots and 11 to 20 the number spelt ie eleven etc. This has really enhanced her understanding of numbers.Of course the beans come with the alphabet too. So this is perfect as I have an 18th old boy who wants to do everything his sister does so he has been able to thread the alphabet on his lace while she laces numbers. We have also threaded just the flower beads, just the hearts, just orange ones just red etc there is no end to the fun of the beans. And of course we spell out my daughters key words, on, no, the, and, to, two, etcThey are large enough for very small hands to thread (though I do always supervise the laces even with my 4 old just as i do a skipping rope as they do funny things like wrapping the n knowing round wrists etc.) But it's a table game, just before dinner is served they get to do threading.The alphabet beads also have a corresponding word on the other side supporting the learning of both letters and early words.Very good quality, great value for money and a seller that cares about her creations.Thank you for making such lovely toys... This was a gift for my nephew and it's the perfect size for him to handle the pieces. The quality is extremely good for the price and it's very well made. A great, colourful, sturdy product and lots of hours of entertainment and learning for my nephew.

Lo pedí para mi Hija de 3 años, para mejorar la concentración y psicomotricidad y que a la vez se divirtiera y ha funcionado, le gusta jugar haciendo collares y se entretiene bastante. Lleva una bolsita muy práctica para guardar las piezas y poder llevárnoslas cuando salimos de casa. Viene con dos cuerdas y así podemos jugar juntas, y las piezas entran bien y son grandecitas por lo que no hay riesgo de atragantamiento.

J'ai un garçon de 3 ans et une fille de 2 ans. L'enfilage des pièces en bois leur plaît à tous les 2. Les mots sont en anglais mais pourquoi pas...Le sac est top (j'adore que le jouet puisse être rangé)

This is a really lovely set of beads. Really colourful and lots of nice shapes, numbers and letters. Plus they are a good size for a toodler. My 2.5yr old son struggles to thread them yet but he does like to stack them and line them up and pop them back in the bag. Hopefully he will master the threading soon! The only reservation that stopped me giving 5 stars was that the inside of the beads are a bit rough and they snag on the thread. Would probably be better if the thread had a plastic coating to stop it snagging or find a way of producing a smoother finish inside the beads.
