Told by my Dr to use Magnesium Glycinate for muscles, sleep and calmness. It works. I sleep better, less muscle aches, tightness. Even think it helped my stress level. Be sure to check with your Dr to see which magnesium is good for you, since there are many different types. My husband was told to take a different one. He is diabetic and has CHF so don't know what he needed. But this works for me.
