The frames were fine, not a scratch or dent. They fit my 11x17 pix perfect, the back has a sturdy slot for hanging on the wall, and so very easy to put the picture in, hang it up in less than 3 minutes! I am so happy with these frames. The price compared to local craft shops is pennies per frame. Well worth the price!

I ordered a set of six. These frames are simple, easy to use, and easy to hang. For the price, you can't beat them.Basic, simple, easy to use frames. Good price for a set of six. Of the first set of six, 3 had chipped glass. I returned those and was given a replacement set. I also purchased another set of six. Both the second and third sets had no problems with chipped glass. They were packed well with styrofoam. The first set came in a box within a box and had deflated plastic bag packing material between the boxes and also lacked styrofoam in the inner box. The second and third came properly packaged.Note that the description is incorrect. It mentions a piece that can be attached to the back in order to have the frame set on a table rather than hanging. None of the 18 frames came with that piece. I plan to use these frames only for hanging pictures so I don't need those pieces.

I bought these without paying too much attention to them and was surprised when i opened them- they weren't what I was expecting like my last 5x7 frames.At first I wasn’t sure I wanted to keep them or use them, but I went ahead and framed an piece and found that I really like them! They are easy to use-just pop the glass and paper out from the front, pop the stand off the back and put it in the horizontal or vertical location and you’re done.I chose to use the stands and not hang them on the walls - yet. But I imagine they look great in a grouping.There is virutually no frame around your item, its mostly just the glass and your picture, but it stands up nicely, it looks good and I’ve framed multiple pieces with them now. I think I’ll be buying more.

We have purchased this product before (more than a year ago) and had NO issues with it. Knowing we liked them, we purchased another box this week and while installing the glass back into place, two corners on two different frames broke. I am aware of the fragile nature of these frames, so I would like to think I was being careful. Not careful enough! Still like them, but wondering about quality of the glass.

I've bought these frames many times to use for framing photos and other mementos to hang in my home office. They are attractive and easy to use, and work well with black mats bought separately.

I have used these simple basic frames for over five years. As a grandparent, I have over 30 pictures displayed in these frames. I chose them because they were affordable and I could keep all our frames uniform instead of having multiple different styles of frames hanging on the walls. I have never had one fall. I have never had one break. I can insert a picture in a new frame in less than a minute. I keep a box of assorted sizes in the closet for future use and have reordered many times. I am a customer as long as they keep selling them. Thumbs up!

I bought several variations of this frameless frame in different sizes and loved them all EXCEPT the 5x7 variety. While it looks as great as the others when hung on a wall, unfortunately I can report that it just doesn’t work as a tabletop frame like the other sizes can. The others have an ingenious little easel attached to the back that provides a very stable way for the frame to be displayed on a shelf/tabletop properly. But the 5x7 lacks this ability to serve as both a great wall frame and a great tabletop frame. The little easel doesn’t connect on any of the 5x7 and indeed I looked at the connectors on the backs of the other size frames and this connector area looks different on the 5x7. You can see there is no where for it to “lock” in place and thus be stable. I can only assume it is a flaw in the design and was either not caught or just was overlooked for bottom line financial reasons. I bought 4x4, 4x6 and 8x10 size from the same manufacturer in addition to the 5x7 and did not have that issue on any of those sizes. I was able to flex all of them in my new game room and use them as great both wall frames and tabletop frames. Those other size frames I would highly recommend for a clean modern look. The 5x7 I would only recommend with the caveat it is a wall frame only. Personally I liked having the ability to flex the frames to use in my game room remodel on both the walls and display shelves/ tabletops. So it did sort of throw a monkey wrench in my plans to display some 5x7’s on bookshelves and I had to adapt and put other size pics on those shelves instead of what I originally intended.

This packet of frames are exactly what I was looking for. They are easy to use and the fine black frames are very streamlined rather than heavy frames which I did not want for my particular use in this case.

Have to be careful putting the pictures in as one of the corners of the frame did crack on me however, the rest were ok and it was so small you cant notice. Easy to use and they look really nice. Would buy again.
