Fantastic! I thought my expensive Bose speaker was no longer any use, this fabulous little item just changed all that. Totally plug and play, popped it on the unit and immediately contacted to my phone via Bluetooth, this enabled me to play music from my ohine via the speaker, perfect! There’s also a aux lead. So if like me, you still want to use your Bose but couldn’t, buy this, you won’t be sorry.

works really well , I had given up on my Bose speaker as ipod was kind of obsolete but this reminds me how good a speaker they are . Plug and Play dead simple and good value

This little gadget works quite well on one speaker, but when I moved it to work on a second one, it did not work.

Does exactly what it states.Works on my Bose series 1 sound dock from either the 3.5mm jack input or the blue tooth.When the adapter is switched off the jack input still works so you only need turn the switch to on if you require to use the Bluetooth.You can also leave the jack in when you turn on at the switch to activate the Bluetooth input and connect to it via your device.Sound is clear, volume is perfectly acceptable, slightly lower perhaps on Bluetooth but not so much it’s an issue.I’d very much recommend this to revitalise your old sound dock that’s been collecting dust.

The gadget was easy to plug in and easy to connectThe good:plug in immediatelyeasily seen by the phonethe bad:needs to be turned off then back on every time you want to reconnect with the phonethe sound quality is ABYSMAL. Like listening to something under water. The speakers don't have that sound quality with existing ipods or auxiliar connections, so it's the Smof. It bothers me enough to be really noticeable but most often than not I am using it in the kitchen while cooking and doing things so I just let it go. I would not buy again, tbh.

When first fitted, it was great, giving a new lease of life to a long unused Bose dock system but after 6 weeks it has now stopped working completely and the return window has closed by 2 weeks : / Have double-checked the Bose with an electrical engineer and it also works fine with my iPod so it's the adapter I'm afraid . So, beware...

Have purchased other products which claimed to be compatible with my Bose Soundock that didn't work and when I saw the option 2 (for connectivity) was sceptical about this purchase.Great news - ordered and arrived the next day. Set up straight from the box and connected via blue tooth to my Samsung, I-phone7 & I-pod7 touch. I still have the same control with my Bose remote so really delighted with this.My Bose was bought for my 50th birthday but since Apple changed to the lightning connector, I've tried variousoptions to keep it operational and in use, even though i still have my old 30 pin 8gb i-pod touch.I'd be happy to recommend this product.

Price is on the higher side but you won't regret at all. I use it on my old Bose iPod dock. No connectivity drops, full Bose quality sound. Extremely satisfied!

This worked amazing in my BOSE speaker that I wasn't using as it needed an Ipod Nano to work. I Plugged in this new device and Bluetooth hooked to my phone easily. It brought life back to my Bose system. Love it.

Works fine but for some devices (like mine, a Kenwood dock): you still need the jack cable to send the received audio signal by Bluetooth waves to this little device on the dock and connect it to to the analog input of the system. And of course put the selection of the audio source also to analog signal. Then, all works fine and upgraded my system again for use with a recent iPhone 17 with USB-C connector :-)

Thumbs up. Having made the transition with the rest of the world to streaming music on the phone, I was excited to see this as little gadget as a way to put my iPhone through my old Sony iPod docking station. Plugged it in, connected with the phone in about a second, and worked great. Going strong 6 weeks later.
