Seems good to me...

I can't speak to the intended function of this tank, I bought it for an unrelated project. The tank feels sturdy and is likely HDPE, the only potential failure point would likely be the rubber gasket and or the spigot, but no problems so far. I added a picture of the raised graduations on the side of the tank since someone asked about the capacity which is approx. 4500ml max.
