Q: How is the leather quality? Is this really premium 1.3-1.4 cowhide?

Yes, these are built well and a couple of buddies have HD leather and these are every bit as good for allot less money! I wear HD leather jacket and another buddy wears Milwaukee leather jacket and it too is well built for allot less money.

Q: need pant leg opening measurement in inces please for size 34? my boots measure 18 inches all the way around so want to check these pants as overpantt

I wear HD Richfield boots size 12 and I can get the pants over my boots with ease by using the side zippers. Once on, the pants zip and snap with zero trouble.

Q: What is the inseam on this product? if my husband wears a 28 waist jeans, what size should i get him? he is 5 ft 3 in? thanks in advance

They build them to fit over jeans. I wear a 34/34 jean and I wear the 34 leather pant over them. I don’t wear a belt on my jeans though because that makes it to tight and I wear my belt on the leathers. As for the length; I cut a bit off from the bottoms of the legs. Hope this helps!

Q: Can you wear them without pants?

I wear mine over my jeans simply because I don’t want them absorbing my sweat. I see no reason why you couldn’t wear them as a first layer pant. Keep in mind that they are sized to fit over jeans, so they might be a tad big to wear as first layer. These are well built pants and I have zero complaints!
