Honestly works 🤷
It REALLY helps! I generally slice a lot and I only had 1 slice in today's round. I only missed 2 fairways, this really does stop side spin because even when I'd hit straight before it would bounce right 90% of the time. Very durable, same ball all day and looks good as new. I do have to say I don't like touching my ball after I hit off the tee and I guess you need to line up the ball every time although I didn't try hitting as it laid. Putting is nerve racking as it wants to wobble on the line. Overall I can't complain but I did use a honey stick today as well

They actually work!
These are a great tool for the infrequent golfer. If you want to go out and play a few times a year, and not spend forever looking for your ball on every single shot—give these a try. I was honestly amazed at how well they work. I initially bought them because it seemed to good to be true. But they actually work. Just don’t be the guy using them in a tournament!

Great feeling ball and a lot of fun to play around with.
These are a lot of fun to hit, they do fly pretty straight and they are a solid distance ball. If your swing speed is too high though they tend to drop out of the air like a rock instead of your normal arch. Don’t be fooled into thinking you can’t slice or hook them, you absolutely can. Still trying to fine tune the alignment part, if you don’t have the arrow pointing exactly where you are aiming it tends to do a more random correction, could go a little left or a little right. On a drive that doesn’t make a huge difference but on a par 3 it can mean hitting the green or missing it. I read a few things about them not going far as well but I have hit a few of these really well and the longest was 318 but they tend to fall right around 275-285 for me. My normal ball is the Chromesoft and that’s only slightly farther than this ball. Still feels like a soft premium ball and I feel like I have good spin around the green, does come off the putter a little hit though.

A total game-changer if you struggle with a brutal slice
If you are tired of spending half your round tramping through the woods looking for your ball, these are worth every penny. I picked these up because my slice was getting so frustrating that it was ruining the game for me. The technology behind these is actually pretty wild. They are heavily dimpled and weighted differently, so if you line up the arrow pointing directly at your target before you hit, the ball literally straightens itself out mid-air. It doesn’t completely eliminate a massive, terrible shank, but it turns what would normally be a brutal 40-yard slice into a very playable fade that stays right on the edge of the fairway. There are only two minor catches you need to know about. First, because of the unique dimple pattern, you do lose a bit of distance—probably about 10 to 15 yards off the tee compared to a standard ball. Second, they are not USGA legal. You cannot use them in an official tournament or if you are keeping a handicap. But if you are just playing a casual round with friends and want to actually enjoy your day without losing a dozen balls, these are an absolute lifesaver. They keep you in the short grass and speed up the game significantly.

Only marginal
A buddy of mine and I bought these on a whim... Just to see what all the hype is about, and since I am famous for a left to right fade off of the tee, I thought I would be a great test subject. My results were not exactly stellar. 1. The ball sounds very clicky and feels odd off the tee.(I don't think that really affects the performance, but its on.) 2. The actual slice correction is very hard to say. Maybe I was just having a good day, but for the most part my shots were where they always are. I will say that the ball does work, because there were at least two that you could visibly see the ball self correct and roll back in on itself and land in the fairway, when if the ball had not been the Polara it would have carried on out into the woods. 3. Unless you are playing is a scramble the ball is very hard to use... It has to be picked up and aligned on every shot.(Since this is an illegal ball to begin with, I don't see that being a problem for most people that would buy it) 4. When you hit the ball just right, and the auto correction kicks in, you can forget about any long distance shots. due to the physics of the ball, and the way it corrects spin, you sacrifice altitude for control, and since altitude and angle = distance, Your distance will be less with this ball... Even if you hit it straight. 5. Overall. The ball does what it says it does, it just is not nearly as dramatic as you would think. What I would do is, get a cheap pack of balls (I love the Taylormade Noodle: Long and Soft), and go practice. The best thing to eliminate that nasty fade or slice is time and effort.

Great ball for most weekend golfers!
I'm a solid 7 hdcp (and could be better if I had the time) so these are not really for me. I will state that they work as advertised, I do see these straighten an intended draw or fade. And I notice no real difference between these and my regular gamer (B330) in terms of distance. Not so good greenside and they are too 'hard' to putt But I try for perfection in those areas and most people wouldn't notice the difference. But these are GREAT for they guys I tend to play with - and I've given away at least a dozen now. Here's the situation: I play a lot of golf as a single when I travel. Usually resorts and rather nice courses. It's VERY frustrating to play with a couple of guys that couldn't hit the fairway sober - much less with a beer or two. After the first 4 or 5 holes of helping search for balls in the rough, and it's obvious they are not playing seriously, I'll hand these out and explain that they are 'not USGA legal' but 'will help'. The look on their faces after they hit the fairway the next 6 or 7 holes is priceless. And now I get to spend more time in the fairway playing my game rather than searching for a lost ball. You cannot use these for tournaments or for posting a handicap but for the weekend golfer, it saves a lot of frustration. And I think 85%+ of the people playing golf just want to 'keep up' with the other players or try to stay in the fairway so they don't embarrass themselves. And these balls WILL help. The only time I've seen a Polara get lost was when someone hit it straight out into the rough, (and I assure you, it went straight), or the wind grabbed it and pushed it out of bounds. I honestly think if your average weekend golfer used this ball, a round wouldn't take over 5 hours on a Saturday afternoon. With the 'ball spin' under control, I think most would people would be straighter and longer on their drives. At a minimum, 3 out of 4 in the typical foursome wouldn't be in the rough. If you are struggling with that slice, you should try out a sleeve. Finally; I find that most people after using this ball for several holes will now hit their regular ball better. They build some confidence in their swing and "let it rip" vs. holding back because they fear the OB stakes. Just an observation.

Works!
Thought it wouldn’t but you can often see the ball self correcting mid flight. Feel guilty but hey, the game is hard enough

Didn’t notice any difference
After not playing golf for a long time, I thought I might need some help keeping the ball straight. I’m normally a really straight hitter and not normally long so I rely on accuracy. Tbh I noticed no difference between these balls and the ones I normally use. I didn’t see the ball trying to correct itself if I was a little of straight from the tee. On My second/third shot lining up the ball to the arrows was irrelevant as your not allowed to touch the ball or improve its lie. So basically a waste of time.
