Just like the tea shop at a fraction it the price
So after much review reading I decided to buy this boba over other ones posted on Amazon. I do not regret my choice. There were some complaints about price, I only paid U.S. $9.99, which I think is a very good value. Where I live the average for an add on of basic pearls is about $1.00. So 10 uses, which I've already surpassed, pays for this entire bag. I did read that many ppl couldn't go through the product fast enough before it went moldy so I'm sharing my methods for preparation and preservation. As you can see in one of my pictures I divided the product into 4 sealable bags of about equal portion. I kept 1 bag in the fridge and froze the other 3. I'm now on the 2 bag (which I thawed under refrigeration overnight). I cut out the cooking instructions and saved it in case I take a break from making this long enough to forget how to prepare it. But you could also just write it on the bag in permanent maker. As for how I make the boba it's super simple. I take about 1/4 to 1/3 Cup of boba and 200ml of water and microwave them for just under 4 minutes, you could do it in as little as 3, but that's how long it takes for them to get to the texture that I like. After it is done cooking I strain, rinse both them and the bowl they were in. Pop them back in the bowl and add about 1 Tb of honey. Give it a good stir and then add them to my fruity milk tea.If your curious about my milk tea I use monin strawberry or mango puree, concentrated English breakfast black tea, and oat milk.

Good
I was worried after seeing the pics and reading the reviews of condensation in their packages. When mine arrived I had the same issue but it did not seem to have any effect on the product itself. Im enjoying the boba and the price is great.

Easy Prep
We love these bobas! Easy to prep and so much better that they are quicker to prep. Our family used to live in Asia so it's nice to use these to make boba tea at home when we are wanting some.

Authentic, cheap, delicious
Actually done in 5 or fewer minutes if you follow the instructions, real boba shop taste. Very easy to follow directions. When you open the bag of them it smells just like a boba shop :)

SURPRISED MYSELF!
First let me say that I'm a self-admitted, horrible cook. My husband claims I could screw up a wet dream. Yes, I'm that bad.I'm addicted to bubble tea but wanted to make my own, sugar-free version at home since I'm watching my sugar intake. Though I asked the cafe to hold the added sugar, the syrup was still over-the-top with sweetness. They informed me that they do not offer a sugar-free syrup though they are available. So I had to experiment on my own. Here's my recipe for home-made, sugar-free bubble tea. Steep a green tea bag, cook tapioca pearls per instructions on bag (make sure to rinse thoroughly with cold water after cooking), then add lots of ice and Crystal Light Passion Fruit/Mango liquid to the tea for added flavor and sweetness. It was a delicious success for my first attempt! How wonderful is that for a self-confessed, lousy cook! Now about the tapioca pearls which easily cooked to perfection--the best ever in taste and texture plus very easy to make. Honestly, surprised myself as the consistency of the tapioca rivaled that of the bubble tea cafes. Now I keep a container of cooked tapioca handy for my own version of Crystal Light Passion Fruit/Green Tea bubble tea. Intend on branching out to other flavors of bubble tea using Crystal Light as my sweetener and/or "syrup" base. Please try my recipe if you'd like to enjoy bubble tea without all the calories. I'm tickled to be able to enjoy bubble tea any time of the day now, without having to travel and plus pay high, cafe prices for my fix. For a little more than I pay for one serving of bubble tea at the cafe, I can buy 2 lbs. of this wonderful tapioca which will lend for lots of servings of tea!As for the tapioca, I'm sold on this brand and so happy I did my research before placing my order. You won't be disappointed in the quality, consistency, flavor and texture of these tapioca pearls. They are perfection!

Chemical taste
Cooking/prep time is convenient, but the boba taste weird. They almost have a chemical aftertaste. Not worth the extra cost imo.
