I think it was great, weird to see it wasn’t great for others. Lot of people compare this the the Amazon recommended one but I think this better. You get more with less money. Plus to me they taste the same and I’m a huge boba lover. It wasn’t powder-y as much as the other brand. Just boil it for 5 to 6 minutes like usual and then let it soak in sugar water for 15 minutes and done! And use that syrup in the drink, no additional sugar needed if you do that.

The ingredients are listed as: Tapioca Starch, Acelytated Starch, Tapioca Specification Starch, Caramel, Water, Sodium Carboxy Methylcellulose (CMC), Dehydroacetic Acid (DHA), Sodium Hydrogen Diacetate (SDA). 110 calories per 1/3 cup, 60 mg of sodium, 27 g of carbohydrate.
