This dryer has hot/medium heat settings (and a cold shot button), and High/Medium blower settings. The High blower setting is by far the strongest blower I have EVER had in my 50+ years of using hairdryers. Seriously...this thing could be used as a leaf blower on the back porch. I normally use high/high to get my shoulder-length+ hair dry the quickest, but the High blower setting...although it dries it REALLY fast...also causes my hair to tangle a lot. So I either have to stretch my arm way out away from my head so the force is not so strong, or hold my hair while using the High setting to get the roots and then switch to the Medium blower setting for the rest. The dryer is comparably lightweight, which I like. The diffuser that came with it was just meh...it was shallow and did not work well for my hair but I had another one that fit that I now use for quick-and-curly days. Overall I like the dryer, but was surprised by the force of the blower and had to learn how to use it differently.

I bought this dryer in a jam bc I forgot my old one when traveling. I was using a very expensive salon dryer. I actually like this inexpensive Conair better! I like how it dries my hair and it seems to leave my hair in a better condition than the expensive one.

If you need a dryer that has a strong air volume, this is it. Blow dry thick hair fast. Light weight and beautiful. Love it.

Was put off by some prior, negative reviews I read on Amazon about this hair dryer. But, I've used Conair since I was 16 years old and I'm now 59 years old. I ordered 2 just in case it had issues described in some reviews. Well, I don't know that other people use and treat this hair dryer appropriately after having it for over a year because I have had no problems. Maybe other reviews were written by trolls? Beautiful color and comes with 2 tools. I especially appreciate the diffuser. Still on my first hair dryer and have had no problems. I use it quite a bit everyday. It seems to be their most lightweight one which is important to me because I was in a car accident and can't hold my arm up for very long with heavier dryers. Just perfect!

*** Update and review change Manufacturere replaced defective product once contacted revised to 5 stars** I thought I’d finally found what I’d been looking for great power, great heat settings, lighter weight, double air inflow filter screens to keep it clean. It’s only lasted 9 months and began to melt down inside — guess it’s to powerful for its own good. Now to search for another brand don’t want to take the chance of similar issue on the next one. I’m used to them lasting longer than this.

I purchased this because i was in need of a hair dryer and i was interested in the diffuser attachment to enhance my natural curls. The dryer is not too loud but has lots of power and great options for temperature control. I have not tried out the concentrating attachment, but the diffuser attachment worked amazing. It gave my hair definition and great volume. From wet hair it took about 15 minute with the diffuser and i have very thick hair so i am extremely impressed. After i used the diffuser i just brushed out the curls slightly, added some hair oil and hairspray and i looked ready to step onto the red carpet im not kidding. If you wanna have Zendaya level slay BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I received this new hair dryer yesterday. Had to replace my Conair Infinity Pro hair dryer as it broke suddenly; but after much use over quite a few years. The Conair Infiniti AC Motor Pro Hair Dryer, Rose Gold seems not too heavy to hold, and has a more pleasing ‘noise’ than many of the cheaper, drug store dryers. I don’t think using it will make me lose my hearing! Lol I enjoy the 3 different temperature settings, and it seems very powerful in terms of its blow-dry capability. I have chin length fine hair, and I am looking forward to using it. Plus, it looks really classy!
