Gorgeous flavor!
My local restaurant uses this curry paste too. It’s very good! Extra strong and fresh so you need less if you’re sensitive to hot spicy food. Lots of flavor!

DELICIOUS- robust taste with good layering of flavors for a complex dish!
This chili paste is absolutely delicious and wonderful. We made a Thai coconut curry dish the other night and it was great. I will say that when adding it to a dish like that, you'll likely want to scale up the amount you add in significantly if you like more authentic spice level. This paste is toned I believe more for the average American versus someone who likes authentic Thai spice. That being said, double the recipe use and it's spot on!

Top Notch Expensive Red Curry Paste
The flavor and ingredients are top notch. The sodium content is low relative to other options. However, as you can see in the attached photo, this jar is very small (quarter is used to show relative size), making it quite expensive. One star off due to the high cost.
