I’m sticking with the HP real deal. Don’t be fooled. I will never buy that fake garbage again.

First time buying this product on Amazon; bought two 2-packs a couple of months ago. Have always purchased it at Best Buy and have never had an issue. Serious problem with the color cartridge right out of the gate. Thought maybe it was a fluke so opened the other package and experienced the same issue with faded looking images and more yellow than anything. Thought maybe the product sat somewhere on a shelf for awhile so banged the cartridges on the floor and that seemed to help. Had to do this several more times over the next several weeks. Today, nothing helped and the printer was making some unusual noises so I disconnected my trusty HP printer and connected the new Canon Pixma I had purchased for another use. Not so sure if the HP printer was just croaking or the ink brought other issues to a final conclusion. Because of the uncertainty about the HP printer itself, I rated this product as a 4-star. Good price, quick delivery, packaging looked good.
