This exercise tool was not expensive, but it works well. Easy to use and quick storage. The stretchability is unbelievable. Easy addition to any workout routine. Highly recommend.

Snapped at the pedal (pictured enclosed) and hit me right in the eye! Lucky no black eye, a good bruise due to it hitting my glasses and no concussion! I was using for core strength as advertised! Not safe!! Picked 1 star because I HAD to in order to leave a comment!

Great product using it everyday

It is ok resistance for a beginner but with use the resistance bands become looser. Your not going to get a strenuous work out with this product but it will firm muscles up some.

This is a good exercise tool when you’re too lazy to get off the couch!!
